Ahora viene la liquidación de la empresa y toca ponerse en la fila para esperar recibir alguna compensación. Esta fila tiene prioridades, primero cobra la tesorería, luego bancos y luego quienes defina el tribunal. Entonces lo más probable es que no alcances a recibir nada.

Sin embargo puedes recuperar el IVA facturado (y que nunca te pagaron). Esto te lo paga directamente la tesorería, es decir no depende de la liquidación de activos de tu cliente.
